What kind of computer, software and internet connection do I need to create memory albums and calendars with Life's a Trip Albums?
Life's a Trip Albums doesn't require you to purchase any software to create your album.
However, before you begin to upload your photos, you will be prompted to download a high speed plug-in. We highly recommend that you complete this step to speed up your photo uploading. We are both Windows and Mac friendly.
What is the high speed plug-in?
The high speed plug-in will allow you to quickly and easily select and upload as many pictures as you would like instead of uploading them one at a time.
How should I save my pictures that I want to use in my Life's a Trip Album?
For the best quality albums and books, we recommend that you save your pictures at a resolution of 300 DPI at the size the pictures will appear in your album. Images taken with most digital cameras at medium or high image quality should be acceptable. If your pictures will not upload, check your pictures resolution. We do screen for lower resolutions to make sure your album or calendars pictures will look great in your finished product. Life's a Trip Albums accepts photos saved in jpeg file format.
What if I have placed my order and I would like to change it?
Our guests are very excited to have their Life's a Trip albums and calendars. As a result, we begin processing orders almost immediately and are unable to make changes after one hour of them being placed during a normal business day. If a change is needed, please call our guest services hotline at 877-LF A TRIP (532-8747).
When will my Life's a Trip album or calendar ship?
Your Life's a Trip album or calendar project will be shipped to its final destination within five full business days of the order being placed. You may choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout.
How and when will my album or calendar arrive?
All Life's a Trip albums and calendar are sent via UPS. You may choose from a variety of shipping options ranging from delivery in as many as five days to overnight. Final shipping costs are determined by the weight of your shipment. Prices and options are detailed at checkout. Your project may take up to five business days to create. Please select the shipping option that best suits your needs after our production time is considered.
Does Life's a Trip Albums offer quantity discounts?
If you would like additional copies of the same album or story book, Life's a Trip Albums offers a $5.00 discount for each additional order. For bulk orders, please call 877-LF A TRIP (532-8747) for special pricing.
